# Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes users may upload the wrong file or select the wrong primary language. Unfortunately, after you have tapped the button “Begin project” we can’t stop the syncing process as our system has already started processing your file.

 

If you ordered our human transcription service, you can reach out to us in order to change some details (e.g. change the source language or add transcription notes) and we will do our best to accommodate those changes depending on the turnaround time requested.
