# Enterprise Transcription

## SyncWords now offers premium enterprise transcription. Enterprise accounts will continue to receive the same quality transcription they have come to expect from SyncWords but with added security.

**Enterprise Security**

File security is of utmost importance to many of our clients. We take that security seriously and never crowd-source unknown contractors, use offshore facilities, or deliver media over non-secure networks.

Our premium transcription services are all conducted within secure facilities located in the United States. Home-based transcribers are not allowed and all transcribers go through criminal background checks, SSN verification, and security awareness training.

There is a strict media handling policy in place as well as automated monitoring and logging infrastructures to ensure those policies are not violated. No wireless access devices are permitted in the secure facilities and active intrusion detection systems have their signatures updated automatically every day.

Remote access into transcription systems is highly restricted and requires multi-factor authentication and there are processes in place to revoke access rights as notified on the termination of employment or contractual relationship.

- Two Business Day
- Next Business Day
