Your project can be in one of the following 8 project statuses:
- Incomplete – you haven’t submitted your new project yet. In order for SyncWords to begin processing a project it needs to be submitted.
- Completed – your project is ready for you. You can download your captions, or start editing using one of our editors.
- Transcribing Media – the transcript for your project is still being created.
- Timing Transcript – SyncWords is still in the process of automatically timing your transcript to your media file.
- Awaiting QA – Waiting for the 2nd round of ProSync review to begin
- Canceled – your project has been canceled.
- Error - your project has encountered an error.
